“Erika is AMAZING!! She made us a cake and cupcakes for our wedding and they were absolutely delicious. Everyone talked about them all night!! The flavors we chose were coconut cake with pineapple curd and coconut frosting (for our cake), vanilla cake with strawberry mousse and vanilla frosting (cupcakes), and chocolate cake with Oreo filling and cream cheese frosting (cupcakes)! “We loved having Erika make our wedding cake! We scheduled a tasting and were immediately impressed by the quality, professionalism, and range of options offered. All of the flavors were so delicious, but once we narrowed it down to our favorites, Erika once again impressed us on our wedding day. The frosting was beautiful and exactly as we wanted, she was early with the cake and made sure it was set up when we needed it, and it was even more delicious than we remembered. To be completely candid, I thought about the wedding cake leftovers at least once a day on my honeymoon, and I was excited to have another taste a few days later.
