Erika is genuinely one of my favorite vendors to work with. Not only are her cakes absolutely incredible (seriously the best cake I’ve had at a wedding), but she always goes above and beyond for her clients. Everything she makes is stunning and always exactly what the client envisioned, and somehow tastes even better than it looks. She’s also just so reliable and easy to work with! She is always on time, always professional, and always willing to help however she can. The rentals she offers are such a huge bonus too. As a planner, having vendors like Erika makes such a difference, and I truly can’t recommend her enough.

I was at an event recently where Erika provided desserts. I heard from several guests how delicious her desserts were. With everyone talking about her I had to try it for myself. Her desserts did not disappoint. They were as delicious as everyone had told me. I especially loved her chocolate raspberry truffles.

I recently did an event with Sweet E’s and their dessert was so delicious! They were very professional and great to work with.

I have seen and tasted several of Erika’s cakes now and let me just say her work is amazing! She is an artist of the highest level in her designs, but she is also the most down to earth person you will meet. Highly recommend!

We were so happy to work with Erika for our wedding cake! From the tasting to the final product, Sweet E’s delivered!! Erika set up a lovely tasting for us – we tried so many delicious flavors and it was hard to decide. We landed on Lemon and added in a tier of chocolate as well. It was so yummy and the guests raved about it! Erika also executed our vision perfectly with a gorgeous three tiered cake. She even added a figurine of our dog taking a bite at our request, which was such a sweet detail. She was so great to work with and we will be excited to get an anniversary cake next year to commemorate our special day!

Sweet E’s cakes are absolutely beautiful, and they might even taste better than they look (is that even possible??). Not only are her cakes top-notch, but Erika’s goodness just radiates. She’s so easy to work with and genuinely cares about her customers. She will make your wedding, birthday, or special occasion feel like magic. She’s made cakes for me for several types of occasions: birthday parties, my sister’s wedding, baby showers, etc. Sweet E’s Bakery never disappoints!!!

Phenomenal service and product. Erika does so much to make sure your experience is amazing, she let us do a cake tasting for our wedding cake, has several flavors and fillings and all are delicious. She has cake stands for rental and made things easy and stress-free for us.

The flavors we chose were coconut cake with pineapple curd and coconut frosting (for our cake), vanilla cake with strawberry mousse and vanilla frosting (cupcakes), and chocolate cake with Oreo filling and cream cheese frosting (cupcakes)!
