Choosing Your Three Flavors
My signature menu includes cakes like vanilla bean, chocolate, almond, lemon, red velvet, Biscoff, cinnamon, coconut, and carrot, with fillings from raspberry puree and lemon curd to Biscoff spread, dulce de leche, and white chocolate mousse. The tasting doubles as your design consultation: bring your colors, your inspiration, and photos from my gallery, and I will sketch a direction for your cake while you taste.
After Your Wedding Cake Tasting
Once your flavors are chosen, the tasting rolls straight into design: I sketch your cake around your venue, palette, and season, then confirm your date on the calendar. From there it is all mine, baking fresh the week of your wedding, delivering, and styling on site. Dates are limited each season, so the earlier your wedding cake tasting lands on my calendar, the more likely your first-choice date is open, and if your wedding is soon, ask anyway.
