Welcome to Sweet E’s Bakery. These Terms of Service govern your use of sweetesbakes.com and the custom wedding cake services offered by Sweet E’s Bakery (“Sweet E’s”, “we”, “us”), based in Provo, Utah. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Sweet E’s Bakery designs and delivers custom wedding and celebration cakes. Quotes, designs, flavors, servings, and pricing are provided through consultation and are subject to availability. All designs are custom and may vary slightly from references due to the handmade nature of our work.
Inquiries, Bookings, and Payments
Orders are reserved upon a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit. Final balances, delivery fees, and applicable tax are due as outlined in your agreement. Dates are not held until a deposit is received.
Cancellations and Changes
Deposits are non-refundable. Design or order changes may be accommodated based on timing and availability and may affect pricing.
Delivery and Pickup
We offer delivery and setup throughout Utah and surrounding areas; fees are based on location. Tiered cakes must be delivered. Pickup, where offered, requires acknowledgment of transport and storage instructions, and Sweet E’s is not responsible for damage after a cake leaves our premises.
Photography and Content
We may photograph our cakes and the events they appear at and use those images and descriptions for our portfolio, website, blog, and social media. If you prefer we not share images from your event, please tell us in writing.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Sweet E’s Bakery and may not be reproduced without permission.
Third-Party Platforms
Our site and tools integrate with third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. Sweet E’s only publishes its own content to its own accounts.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided to the best of our professional ability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
